STEPQ is a secure, cloud-based solution that controls all SQA supplier quality events. STEPQ provides visibility and control of supplier quality performance for all stakeholders across all levels. It achieves this through its flexible event management control, which automates, manages, and reports on activities such as audits, CAPA, inspections, engineering, and quality agreements.
STEPQ is used in regulated, quality-critical industries, and it is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. STEPQ’s infrastructure is designed and managed in alignment with best security practices and a variety of IT security standards. Clients, Suppliers, and SQA Associates all contribute to thousands of quality events managed each year. The system is highly secured and uses e-forms and custom workflows to reduce manual activity and enhance data analysis that allows for customized reporting that will be exported between our clients’ quality management platforms.

SQA is often the eyes and ears (and hands) of our clients in their supply chains all around the world. Our team is able to capture complex, technical data at its source and convey this to clients in real time. As a mobile extension of our STEPQ platform, SQA’s Mobile Inspection Control and Capture System, or “MICCS” integrates, standardizes, and validates the quality process to deliver consistent, accurate and timely results – regardless of the conditions on the ground. MICCS enables quality professionals to receive detailed instructions and supporting material, and then step through a controlled, pre-determined process to deliver validated results. Deployed via secure, connected tablet, MICCS can be deployed to both the SQA and client quality teams for program-wide consistency and visibility.
